Logistics Assistant

Parlour X seek a fabulous all-rounder who will assist the logistics coordinator to pick and pack Online orders. You will also process new deliveries, and facilitate stock storage, stock movement, stock replenishment, and stocktaking.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Online fulfilment: pulling and packaging online sales
  • Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Quality Control
  • Inventory checks and stocktaking
  • Warehouse and ‘Back of House’ organisation and stock movement
  • Stock replenishment from warehouse to BOH to retail floor
  • Preparing inventory for sale-time, and marking down price
  • Barcoding RF scanning

This role requires:

  • Previous experience in similar roles in a fashion environment
  • Understanding of fashion
  • Ability to fold clothes and package carefully and at a quick pace

Parlour X is seeking an experienced Logistics and Operations Coordinator to join our team. You should have a background in fashion and be highly organised and driven. You must demonstrate a “hands-on” proactive approach and thrive working in a fast-paced team environment.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming stock – QC, cross referencing invoices, security tagging, barcoding
  • Updating the inventory software management system
  • Stock movement between warehouse and boutique

This role requires:
